Welcome! I am an urban geographer and scholar-activist studying how cities police the visibility of homelessness, and how homeless people become impacted by green urban development. I recently received my PhD from the Department of Geography, Environment and Society at the University of Minnesota. I live and work in New York City, where I collaborate closely with Picture the Homeless, a homeless-led organization that fights for housing justice and civil rights.
